The Director of the state culture agency "Science and production center on protection of the history and culture monuments of the Khabarovsk region".

Born on January,12 1964 in Shebalino settlement of Gorno-Altaiski AO. In 1986 graduated from Architectural faculty of Novosibirsk Institute of Construction Engineering, department of Architecture academician Ogli B.I.

On graduation had been sent to Khabarovsk to work in 52 CPI where he stayed up to 1992.

From 1992 to 1994 worked in the architecture office of the Hkabarovsk administration's city construction department in the position of Zheleznodorozhni district architect.

In 1994 appointed to be a head of the city construction and architecture department as Habarovsk's major architect.

In 1997 was appointed to the position of the city Mayer deputy on architecture and city construction, head of the architecture and town construction department, city's major architect.

In 2000 appointed to the position of the chair deputy of the Architecture and city construction department, architecture, construction and land tenure of Khabarovsk administration. A Member of the Union of Architects of Russia.

Based on Andrei Vitalievich Ivanov's projects there had been build dozens of buildings in khabarovsk and Khabarovsk region.

From 2002 - director of the science and production center of preservation and use of the history and culture monuments of Khabarovsk region. Married, has four children.
