A Head of the Khabarovsk Creativity and Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science, a professor of the Khabarovsk State Technical University.

During 16 years he has been working as a head of Khabarovsk State Technical University department, presently - the professor of "Construction materials and articles" of the Khabarovsk State Technical University.

During 20 years was a scientific head of the research and production of the new bridge constructions on the MZBK plant, that are used for the serial construction of the bridges in the Russian Far East.

He has published over 150 scientific works, received 27 patents and author certificate, written 7 monographs and study guides.

He has the certificates on quality management (Japan Standardization Society), management (the government of Japan, 1994), project management (the World Bank, 1998).

He was an initiator of establishment and took active participation in establishment of Far East Architecture Company, that united eight largest private Architectural project studios of the city of Khabarovsk.

He organized in 2002 a publishing of the monthly regional magazine "Far East Architecture and Construction", presently he is a head of the edition council.

He is the director of Khabarovsk Academic Science and Creativity center of the Russian Academy of the architectural and construction sciences, elected as an advisor of the RAACN.

Awarded by government signs: excellent worker of high school (1985), inventor of the USSR (1984), Russian Federation Government’s prize winner in the domain of science and technics 2002.
